Images shown on the website are only for view. Actual delivered flowers design, shape will always vary because flowers are sourced from local city vendors, arranged & designed manually. No refund will be entertained for image variations claims. Giftsbazaaronline.com guarantee the exact number of flowers delivered to the recipients. - * Please note that if any product mentioned in combo pack is not available then available product will be delivered and balance amount will be refunded as per policy.
- Orders cancellation request should be sent to giftsbazaaronline@yahoo.com , support@giftsbazaaronline.com at least before 24 hours of delivery time to claim refund of actual order value paid; no refund will be made once processing is initiated. Any discount, offer or exempted amount will not be considered in refund.
- Refund will be made in case order was not delivered due to any reason after deducting, 10% processing charges. We are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
- If any product missed or undelivered by delivery partner from combo or multiple products order, in such case Giftsbazaaronline.com will try to re delivery the not delivered item or partly refund amount of non delivered product.
- If any product is delivered in damaged condition, it should be informed immediately, no claim will be entertained after 1 hour of delivery. In such case Giftsbazaaronline.com will try to repair the product or arrange re-delivery.
- No refund will be made in case of wrong address, wrong contact number provided by the customers and delivery not happens.
- No refund will be made if recipient refused to accept product, such orders will be treated as delivered.
- Standard delivery timings are between 11.00 A.M. to 8.00 P.M, time commitment of exact delivery time may not be possible, order may get delay due to traffic, rain, accidents or any unforeseen reason; no refund will be made for late orders delivery.
